Maximum weekly hours feature is used to set a limit on the number of hours per week that client and/or employee can be scheduled. Each client and employee is assigned her own weekly limit. TimeCurve Scheduler tracks these limits and when exceeded shows schedules that go over in pale pink color. When you put mouse over such schedule on the main Schedule View the bubble that opens will show a red link with explanation. Maximum weekly hours feature is accessable on Schedules Tab under Client and Employee views.
When new client is created a default value of 168 hours is automatically added to the record. Respectively new employee records receive a value of 40 hours.
