TimeCurve Scheduler integrates with Santrax EVV system by automatically uploading schedules to Santrax and downloading back employee call data. The process is fully automated and takes place behind the scene. No user interaction is required for the integration to work. There is a minimal setup required to enable the integration with Santrax provided that you have established and active account with Sandata:
1. Login to TimeCurve Scheduler and then click on Settings menu.
2. Switch to EVV Tab.
3. From to drop down select "Santrax EVV Provider".
4. Enter your agency ID, user ID and password.
5. Using drop down list set "Download Call Data" to Enabled or Disabled. Setting this to Enabled, will automatically download call data as it becomes available.
