If you receive this error message when loggin into TimeCurve QuickBooks Utility please do the following.
1. Close both QuickBooks (if running) and TimeCurve Utility.
2. Right click on QuickBooks icon and select "Run as Administrator" from popup menu.
3. Once QuickBooks is opened, start the TimeCurve QuickBooks Utility again.
4. Login into TimeCurve QuickBooks Utility by entering your credentials.
