If you received this error message when logging into TimeCurve QuickBooks Utility it means that the user with tho user name already logged into the system from a different PC. A user can be logged into the system only once at any given time, whether using the utility program or the actual TimeCurve Scheduler online. Ask your account owner to create a second user for the account or have the user log out before trying to login to the utility application.
