Yes, TimeCurve Scheduler supports the concept of actual hours, which can be adjusted without affecting the main schedule hours. When you create a schedule the actual hours are the same as scheduled hours by default. To adjust the actual hours hover your mouse over the schedule cell, and then click on "Add Actual Hours" link in the small popup window that appears. Adjust the actual hours using time picker controls, and click on "Save changed" button.
