By default excel file that contains the report will open with cells shrank displaying text without line breaks. It is easy to automatically expand all of the cells at once so that all of the text is displayed in the cells as intended. There are two ways to achieve this:
Option 1
1. Click on the upper left corner of excel table grid, or highlight all of the cells in the table.
2. Click on Home on the main menu, then locate "Wrap Text" option in the middle of the menu ribbon and click on it.
Option 2
1. Click on the upper left corner of excel table grid, or highlight all of the cells in the table.
2. RIGHT-CLICK anywhere on highlighted table, then select "Format cells" from popup menu.
3. In the dialog window that opens select "Alignment Tab".
4. Locate "Wrap text" check box and place a check mark. Click on "Ok" to apply the changes.
